You can do that in different way, for example, by using the index of
the image within the article:

Where 2 is the image index.

Remember, Image index is the number/identifier given to the image when
you insert it to a particular article.

You can use {{ list_article_images }} and {{
$campsite->image->thumbnailurl }} inside the list, too. Example above
is the simplest way though.
